Print Your Label
After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on its journey back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
